Overview
The Marketing Executive will actively participate in Dabble's dynamic 'Banter' channels, strategically engaging with the community within the Dabble app.
'Banter' is a pioneering product in the industry and is currently experiencing rapid expansion. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in enhancing Dabble's presence through this unique offering.
This position involves reinforcing 'Banter' coverage by interacting with Dabble's customers according to a scheduled rotation spanning from 8am to 10pm throughout the week, including weekends.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to candidates based in Leeds and surrounds, though other locations in the United Kingdom may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Engage authentically with the Dabble community using a friendly and conversational tone. Be both an authority and a supportive community member that people can rely on
- Ensure that the Banter community experience always mirrors Dabble's values of Fun, Celebratory, Community, and Evolutionary
- Share and rejoice in accomplishments like Big Wins, Follower Milestones, and Hot Streaks with the community through our 'Banter' channels
- Document key moments and highlights from the Banter channels to share with the broader team
- Curate content that can be repurposed on the Dabble app or social media platforms
- Collaborate closely with both Community Engagement and the wider team to execute 'Banter' campaigns, giveaways, promotions, etc
- Complete Responsible Service of Gaming training and use this knowledge to proactively identify and communicate potential community risks to the relevant Responsible Gambling agents at Dabble
- Create a weekly video optimized for Dabble’s in-app story feature and social media format in collaboration with the Content Team
Skills & Qualifications
- A history of interactions with sports and racing fans is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outcome focused, self-motivated, flexible and enthusiastic
- Ability to work rostered shifts from 8am to 10pm across 7 days of the week
- Resilient and confident, able to comfortably interact with people of all levels
- Exhibit a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 + Benefits with room to be flexible.

UNITED KINGDOM
In May 2025, Dabble launched in the UK with a clear ambition: to reshape the betting experience for a new generation of fans. We're bringing the energy of real fandom into a platform where social media and betting apps collide. We’re community-driven, entertainment-led and unlike anything the market's seen. We’re calling Leeds and the surrounding region our UK HQ.
