Overview
The Affiliates Manager is responsible for developing and executing Dabble’s Affiliate Partnership Strategy, maximising the value of affiliate relationships to drive growth for Dabble Sports and Fantasy.
This includes sourcing, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners while ensuring their ongoing success. This role requires a data-driven approach, leveraging insights to optimise partnerships and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance affiliate performance and business impact.
Responsibilities
- Identify, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, including traditional wagering/ DFS affiliates, content creators, podcasts, and social/micro-influencers, to maximise acquisition and revenue opportunities
- Negotiate and oversee affiliate commission structures to optimise exposure and profitability
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new partners within designated timeframes to drive partnership growth
- Manage the affiliate program, including creative asset updates, streamlined onboarding, education, and offer creation, to enhance affiliate performance
- Serve as the primary liaison for affiliates, fostering strong relationships and ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries
- Develop and distribute marketing materials and promotional offers to affiliates, aligning with brand and behavioural guidelines to enhance engagement and customer acquisition
- Monitor affiliate compliance with contractual agreements and the Code of Conduct, addressing non-compliance as necessary
- Prepare and present detailed reports on affiliate performance and key insights to the business
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing both traditional and social affiliates, with a deep understanding of platform trends and audience behaviors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making
- Natural aptitude for building and nurturing relationships
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to comfortably interact with people of all levels
- Proficiency in briefing and coordinating the delivery of campaign assets to affiliate partners
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of meeting dynamic deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in post-campaign analysis and performance reporting

Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $90,000 USD - $100,000 USD + benefits with room to be flexible.
