Overview
Reporting to the Head of Sports, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely completion of daily trading tasks. Market creation, price sweeps and bet settlement of sporting markets will be a large component of the role. You will also be the primary contact point for trading-related queries from the Customer Operations Team and assist with Customer Service tasks when required. As part of your role, you will be allocated time each week to work on Trading-related projects and initiatives, either within the Trading Team or working with other areas of the business.
To be successful in this role you will require strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload, a willingness to learn and develop and to work both autonomously within a small team as well as taking direction from Senior Trading staff.
Primary Location
This role is currently open to candidates based in Leeds and surrounds, though other locations in the United Kingdom may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Creation, pricing and management of sports and racing markets
- Price sweeps and maintenance of pricing integrity
- Timely and accurate market settlement
- Assist the Customer Operations team with Trading related queries
- Ownership of a selection of minor sports
- Monitor prices and control liabilities
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- 3+ years’ experience in a UK facing trading team with at least 2 years’ experience in a sports risk or trading role
- A deep knowledge of UK/European football and or tennis desirable but not essential
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Proactive, can-do attitude, aligned with Dabble’s values
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

In May 2025, Dabble launched in the UK with a clear ambition: to reshape the betting experience for a new generation of fans. We're bringing the energy of real fandom into a platform where social media and betting apps collide. We’re community-driven, entertainment-led and unlike anything the market's seen. We’re calling Leeds and the surrounding region our UK HQ.
