Role overview
Our People & Culture team is growing!
This newly created role is part of our Business Partnering team who are responsible for developing talent and ensuring adherence to P&C policies and procedures globally. The key focuses include the development and implementation of workforce capability programs, managing employee relations matters and delivering expert HR Advisory services across our three regions: Australia, US and UK. This is a great role for you if you value hands-on partnering with leadership teams and are excited by innovation and change in the P&C space.
Areas of responsibility include:
- Business partnering, advising and coaching people leaders on change, performance, growth and development, conflict resolution, employee wellbeing, engagement, rewards and recognition
- Ensuring compliance with local legal and regulatory HR requirements in both AU and UK, providing expert advice on P&C policies, procedures, and best practices
- Contributing to the design, development, and implementation of learning and development strategies, aligning business goals and employee career paths
- Identify and deliver training programs, support leaders to create individual development plans, mentoring opportunities, and succession planning pathways
- Acting as a culture custodian, championing Dabble’s values and ways of working in every interaction
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Experience in managing employee relations matters and excellent working knowledge of HR legislation in Australia and the UK
- Experience in the design, development and implementation of learning and development strategies
- Excellent indirect leadership, communication and attention to detail
- The ability to travel interstate at least semi regularly
- Proficiency with HR tools and software. We currently use Gusto, Jotform, Rippling, Tribal Habits, Fit2Work, Udemy, Thrive, Figma, Trello, JIRA and more

Primary Location
This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane may be preferred.
Remuneration
The advertised salary for this position is $115,000 - 135,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible.
