Overview

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery process between the Technology and Product teams, ensuring the process is predictable, consistent, measurable and flexible. You will use a range of progressive measures of success to help teams identify strengths and weaknesses and support their long term improvement. We're a red-tape-free environment, we debate and challenge, give everyone a voice and are happy to admit when we're wrong for the collective success of the team.

Primary Location

This role is currently open to all locations within Australia, however candidates based in Melbourne or Brisbane may be preferred.

Responsibilities

You'll drive results through collaborative team planning and retrospective events. Your understanding (and criticism) of leading and emerging software delivery methodologies will be critical to bring a positive and open mindset, contributing to team success. 

Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Considerable software project delivery experience, ideally in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment 
• A comprehensive understanding of product discovery and software delivery methodologies
• The ability to manage multiple teams and projects with a focus on team culture
• Excellent communication, collaboration, interpersonal and team building skills
• Exceptional indirect leadership and collaboration skills
• Experience working with the Atlassian suite of products (JIRA, Confluence)

Remuneration

The advertised salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 + Super + Benefits with room to be flexible depending upon experience.
